I just don't like the fact that the DOT is bucking the trend of everything else and selling off. Anyhow, with all net stocks, we're at the mercy of the net fund baskets, and they depend on their in-flows. I wish I had some insight into that. I don't know whether they're raising cash, or have cash, or just out plain out of cash.
