Jim: I am not a nay sayer here, but according to the June 2, 1999 PR ABERDEEN, N.J., June 2 /PRNewswire/ -- iVoice.com (OTC Bulletin Board: IVOC - news) formerly Visual Telephone International (OTC Bulletin Board: VTPI - news), announced today that it has received a contract from Nortel Networks Corp. (NYSE: NT - news) to install an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system at their headquarters in Richardson, Texas. Nortel is one of the world's largest telecommunication companies. IVOC is INSTALLING their product at Nortel's Headquarters, they are not contracting with NT to sell IVOC products to a 3rd party. I wish people would read those PR's a little more carefully. But I would of like to believe you Jim, as it would have been a great PR if NT said "We are distributing IVOC's.... " etc Frank
