Stock Profit: A full cycle is just that a round trip. So a nine month cycle would be roughly nine months from bottom to bottom or top to top. Now in a rising Market a nine month cycle bottom is going to be higher than the previous bottom, but still it will be bottom.

And don't look for cycle waves to be exactly half up and half down.
