Walter, on the Yahoo Eaton thread, a person is thinking a 2:1 stock split is coming, around the time the next earnings come out, which will be around July 15th. I'll copy and paste the messages, in case you can't read them on Yahoo. Supposedly, senior execs will get a ton of options if they can keep the stock above 100 for the specified time. Eaton's two year high was 103, not in the 90s as someone mentioned on this board. Unless there is an unusual charge, earnings are announced the 3rd Thursday of the month following the end of the quarter.
