Thats where a HOT wok comes into play. Get your frying pan really hot, better in a cast iron pan. You will quite a bit of oil. I suggest not to put it all in at the same time, more gradually. That should separate them. By the way, make sure you drain them good before it hits the pan - that could be a reason why its sticking.
