NCES is at its 52 wk low.

The book value on the stock is "Book Value (MRQ) $ 2.67"
Insider Own: 81.0 % there is just a small amount of 144's filed
to sell.
Inst Own: 19.3 % of the float. That number may have changed with
the recent down grade so we can update that next month.

Now, NCES's management has put themselves in a corner.
They must sell this company in my opinion or they are in some
serious trouble. Not to mention this is the only way in the short
term that they can get the most out of their inside stock holdings.
A win win for them if they sell.
A lose lose if they don't.

Now, as far as the price?
My optimistic view is $8 but that is probably unrealistic.
I would say no less than $4 1/2 or at least $5.
So if we do get bought we could be looking at a 80% to 200% on our
money with a very limited downside.

All just my opinion.
