I was at PC Expo last week and stopped by all the booths. Iomega was very busy. Orb boot was amazingly quiet. They did have a nice display of the various products. I hadn't seen the external yet but I do have an IDE internal that's worked well so far.

I did talk to one of the ex-Iomega product managers that I met at another booth. He said that the Zip failure problems (COD) were very very low and was a non-issue for the OEMs that he worked with. He did say that Iomega did a bad job handling the PR on the issue.
