Don, Since the better half of my life is versed (and half converses) in Yiddish please know the word is "schmuck." And, like you, this schmuck is feeling it too. There is a Yiddish word for SEC, but I won't print it here as you never know if there's a rabbi working these boards as an informant. <ggg> Regarding my last post: In my business (and Bob Marzullo's) one doesn't get paid until the deal is closed...no matter how hard you work. Even if I glowed in the dark with my service, if I asked my clients to pay for a perk, luxury "business" trip before the deal was inked (especially if their market value had been harmed) I'd have my contract shredded. No the perfect metaphor, but close enough for three chord jazz. Thus my umbrage....which I dearly pray is arrived at by being miserably misinterpreted. Onward, George
