Tuck,

Its actually Andersen Consulting. Arthur Andersen is the peer to AC under the veil of Andersen Worldwide. AC and AA are currently engaged in mortal combat to separate from one another and take as much of the pie from the other guy as possible. Real ugly.

I think we'll need such an announcement to break 40...

Just a technical guess but I think we are in the 40's tomorrow (more correctly, later today), interest rates and all.
