The best news is that GE is buying more. Guess they think ntop tech works. I also think there may be something to the sprint rumor. Rumors that don't go away often have a basis.

Nice that we have some more guidelines. The IPO is now tentatively priced at 10-12. My guess is that the road show will increase demand and we will see an IPO price of 12-14. NTOP should close its first day at 25 minimum--probably closer to 35.

At an IPO price of 14, that would bring IDTC 67.2M minus expenses. More important, at a first day closing price of 25 (the low end of my prediction), the market cap of NTOP will be about 1.15B. If we figure IDTC owns 27M shares of NTOP and has 35M shares OS, that means that each dollar rise in NTOP share value brings a (theoretical) .77 rise in value per IDTC share. At 25/share for NTOP, that is nearly an additional $20/share value for IDTC. (.77 X 25 = 19.25). That does not include the roughly 60M the IPO will bring in cash.

So, it does not take a rocket scientist to conclude that IDTC has an excellent chance in appreciating as the IPO draws near.

Excellent volume and price apreciation today.
