GB, I understand the problem and agree with you that it is a problem. However, I am not a short term player. The warrants expire in 2000 at 2.06, as is my understanding. (Let me know if I am wrong). So I either double my money before any dilution takes place or I own a stock with expired warrants and no dilution. If people are arbitraging between warrants and stock in the meantime, fine. Won't last forever. I don't plan on thinking of selling to the fall anyway (when the Windows CE product is launched). I will be surprised if SCKT is not 3 to 5 bucks by then, with much higher potential. Don't see it falling much in a downside scenario. A good risk/reward play IMO.
