Dale, this is a non issue - there is not going to be any movement of XSNI up the nasdaq charts, there was no mistake in its listing on the OTCBB therefore any communications with NASD was for the XSTR issue; ans as far as XSTR being a subsidiary of XSNI - to get listed on the NASD XSNI is going to have to come up with some BIG MONEY and JUSTIFICATION to offer up a stock on the NASD from an OTCBB company with no revenues and no history of reporting to SEC to substantiate their listing and ability to be worthy to trade on the NASD exchange.

Of course, although manning did say that XSNI was the free ISP in the UK, his word has never been too valid in the past, so perhaps someone holding "po" shares would know a whole lot more to the story, but I can't for the life of me figure out how "their" broker got the XSTR "purported" subsidiary information today when as recently as Friday, there was plenty of bashing from that person on those who posted that XSTR was VALID. Abusive denial followed by some "new" information, what is your source early player?

Just another reason to be concerned that those who got those "po" shares and shares from those worthless firecrest/megacom stocks HAVE MORE INCENTIVE TO MOVE THIS STOCK PRICE UP.

Regardless, this is just a stock with a crappy history from inception and remains to be seen if it is flushed with the sewage all around it. By the way, early player, are you buying this stock up with all that information you have? Didn't think so. :(
