I'm not claiming this statement is true (culled from a yahoo thread), but it's worth thinking about.

Most recently look at the deployement of Gigabit Ethernet. It missed the industry projections for 1997, 1998 but in 1999 it is just going gangbusters.

Substitute WBT for GigE.

I think you're wrong; stock options haven't been given out for some time now; the last being at 9 something, not 3 3/4...that went to the old timers back in the early 90's. Perhaps these guys got other options, but I don't think that they were at 4...and notice, they kept them...

I goofed; just checked the stock prices for that day, and yes, it is lower than the low posted for May 28, the date of the transactions...

SHAREHOLDER FEEDBACK REQUESTED...

From the Yahoo message thread of June 28th after the announcement:

Well, at least NCD knows they have a problem, and are looking for external viewpoints and opinions. They
are obviously receptive to recommendations on improving the share price.

Let's take advantage and reply with some constructive feedback, from shareholders with industry
experience, or insiders with good suggestions.

"For example, should NCD get rid of their multi-tier distribution model, and go direct (in a similar fashion to
Dell)?

These recommendations will be compiled, and sent to Bob G for implementation. So, let's get this ball
rolling, and work together to get this share price back up to 15 where it belongs!

Everyone's cooperation and feedback before July 2nd is appreciated!

Sky"
