My take on the above is this: currently IDTC owns about 66% of NTOP. After the IPO, the percentage of ownership to be reduced to about 58%. That most likely refers to the additional 6-8 percent that will be sold to the public, NBC, over alotments, etc.

IDTC will own 66% before the offering, and 58% after it. IDTC sells 400,000 of its 27 million shares and the new 4.8 million shares dilute its percentage ownership.

Before the offering, there will be shares of Net2Phone. After selling
