From what I have learned, they lost one of there big accounts that accounted for a large percent of total revenue(19% I think) ...that combined with the beaten down sector (ITIG, DDIM, KEA etc) and the false assumptions/fear that IT consulting shops will have no work after 12/31/1999...I work in that industry and I know that is not the case. IMO, companies that have done a substantial amount of Y2K work for companies will be first in line to tackle the huge backlog of other IT projects that are in the queue...just my opinion of course but I am long ADSC, ITIG and DDIM in this category.

ADSC seems the most likely takeover target to me. As you said 54M market cap with 32M cash...thats pretty attractive. TAVA got taken out recently and there are rumours on Yahoo about others as well.

HUGE spike in volume today...9K shares Friday...450K shares today.
