Steve, I tend to agree on a post IPO sell off, simply because that is the example history has set. Just as it has set the example of a pre-IPO run up.

I was just doing valuations to show the potential unlocking of NTOP value for IDTC. I do beleive at some point the market will give that value to IDTC, but it is hard to say when.

For example, I think it quite likely that someone will offer to buy NTOP (before or after IPO)--it would be a quick, relatively cheap way to become the leader in Internet telephony and establish relationships with AOL, GE and SB at the same time.

If NTOP trades at say 30 and someone offers $40/share, that would be 30.8/share in value for IDTC and on a buyout offer and would be quickly reflected in IDTC's share value.
