I could give you a number of really good penny stocks that won't answer e-mails...I think they get so many , they just can't handle it with manpower being very limited...especially when that same dedicated person is busy talking to investors on the phone...I agree with calling.
I can name at least four individuals besides myself who called APPI today and took up at least 15-20 minutes of his time each...
