Y2K isn't a worry for anyone in regards to EMC. The biggest worry out there in the money management community (BTW, unlike Wall St., the buy side isn't concentrated in NY, contrary to what you stated) is a post Y2K let down. That theory believes that because of Y2K, many of EMC's customers have accelerated purchases in the past year. As this need disappears next year, the theory is that one source of revenue growth will also disappear.
