I actually think STAA is a good short..so I sold a few on the close...why you ask..becasue of the following BS news announcemnet that came out after the close :

Staar Surgical Says It's Evaluating a $15-a-Share Buyout Offer

Monrovia, California, June 28 (Bloomberg) -- Staar Surgical
Co., which makes implantable replacement lenses and other devices
used in eye surgery, said it's evaluating a $15-a-share cash
buyout offer from an undisclosed suitor.
The offer, for 51 percent to 100 percent of Staar's
outstanding shares, values the acquisition of the Monrovia,
California-based company at between $107 million and $210
million, based on the 14.03 million shares outstanding on May 12.
Staar didn't say when it expects to reach a decision.
Shares of Staar fell 1/4 to 13 5/8.
