Pretty sure quiet period ends tomorrow - that article seems to confirm it ("Tuesday would end Wit's 25-day quiet period, which would allow Wit's lead banker, Bear Stearns to initiate analyst coverage.").

Still, people buying into WITC prior to quiet period ending - good sign overall. I think it'll gap up tomorrow too. We'll see.
