Don, Dorine, All, In all fairness I feel I need to clarify something here. Much of my post today about where the annual meeting is being was vented more out of personal frustration than geography and seasonal rates. Obviously, to book rooms at such a resort isn't done a month or two in advance and there would be substantial deposits forfeited. I'm sure the intent when DCI did book their reservations was to have a very happy celebration. I do hope this is still the case. Much of what has happened is simply circumstance and the best course of action right now is (most likely) to say nothing until all the avenues have been followed to their best ends. Unfortunatley, the willingness of DCI to share confident information with such openness in the beginning was not good for them...as it gave their detractors doors that were too easily opened. That's the kind of thing I've always hated about business. When push comes to shove, one often gets penalized for having a heart. After-pique reality check: From all I hear Joe Murphy and the DCI staff is working to the best of their abilities to get this conundrum solved and bring the liquidity back to us as shareholders. Obviously, we'll be getting press releases as they are ready. I'm sure it can't happen soon enough for all of us. Onward but limping a bit, <g> George
