Thanks for the info - when I pressed the guy about how anybody was suppose to fund their account he said hold on while he checked something and then after 30 seconds we were disconnected, hopefully by accident...

I think having Wit as the only firm that handles the directed share program seriously blows. Safeguard (SFE) never had any bullshit kind of reguirement that said you had to have an account at a particular firm much less one that doesn't even have an office you can walk into.
