It is apparently true and yes they are often similar episodes with competing companies. This guy started with the negative remarks as soon as they were notified.

At that time Mama Bear wrote me a post threatening to send the links to SI Bob, suggesting I was violating the TOS and would be suspended. Rather than risk the suspension I deleted the links, wrote Jill, described the situation and asked her if I could post links. Jill responded. I then wrote her back and asked if I could post her reply. She said that I could. So here is her reply and my original question about posting links. From this, it appears there is no problem posting links. Of course some posts on Yahoo exceed the bounds of good taste and I would not suggest posting links to those. >>Just the links should be OK.
