Paul, I love those Linux stories. BeOS, Linux, 3COM----sometimes one starts feeling that any one of them is about to make a move on Windows. However, that fear does not last (at least in me). When Windows2k is out, a lot of the Linux hype might fade away. Let us hope MSFT settles that lawsuit before they release Windows2k and blow away these types of companies. It would not be a good idea to do this before we get resolution to the case. BTW--Sometimes i think they should just appeal any decision to the supreme court but at other times think that without a settlement, a dark cloud would still hang over the Windows2k release(even though it is not a monopoly product).
