That is why I was blown away when the market punished ADCT when it announced it was buying SAVLY. Really strange. I thought it was a good combo, but I suppose it had something to do with SAVLY's overall problems(!!) and lack of visibility for Q2 numbers. I would think that Saville will be announcing some added problems for Q2. Otherwise they wouldn't have allowed themselves to be taken out for such a low figure? Notice no reporters/lawyers/shareholders cried foul when it was announced. Here's a link to the space you are referring to.
