I nonconcur with your view of 75BP rise. That would shock the system. If that happens, I'll go completely to cash and check back with the market in late October. One thing I have learned about the market is that it hates uncertainty with a passion and that is what a 50 or 75 point rise would produce. Just my 20 mills.

Patsy, if the Fed raises 75 BP, I think we're in for a sharp, sharp correction. That'll be a signal by the Fed that the inflation worries are on top of us and they have to act fast. It would be a surprise, to say the least. At best, we'll get 25 BP--and we might rally further on that. 50 will trigger a sell-off, IMO, but nothing too serious.
