With all the fabs booked there's no questions both ISSI and ALSC will do well with earnings this quarter. Next quarter will be the same I think we're ramping up for a good run. I'm long ALSC but have also bought ISSI lately.

Thanks for the posts.

Ram:

I have been a long term holder (if three years may be termed so) of ISSI. Over the period (and the drastic fall) I have noticed several things about the company that seem to be not too positive. While they seem to have weathered the downturn (if it is truly, as claimed, behind us), little news indicative of company's performance seems to come out. Their sales, and profits, have shrunk steadily (rather the losses have grown), and not much in terms of fixes has been articulated by the management. It is as if the shareholders don't exist.

Given this background, I have my doubts about ISSI's ability to lead into a potential recovery and semi boom. Do you know anything about the current quarter (in terms of sales) and where they are headed generally? Another discouraging aspect is that their website was last updated in Feb 1999.

Thanks.

Sridhar
