This is difficult to say the least. Every indicator of company performance in the past year is negative. There is no news that would reflect a change and profit remains negative.

Technical analysis indicates a raging buy yet what has changed to cause the price movement and huge volume that would indicate the stock is under accumulation.

Also, earlier in the Spring company insiders were net buyers. I don't object to buying value when there is some basis on which to weigh a buying decision, but there seems to be no recent information available on XICO that reflects a change in status.

Jumping in with any kind of a major position now appears to be just a roll of the dice.
