I made some calls this afternoon when I first heard about PCES. I learned that a merger appears no longer to be "if" but instead "when" and with "who." PCES is currently considering 3 different suitors and is looking at which is the best fit and which will benefit shareholders the most. Looks like a WINNER. Comparisons with DDEQ may not be too far off.

I've known about Mr. Pappajohn for years. He is one of the most decent and fair people one could ever know. In addition, he is extremely intelligent. I can't think of anyone I would rather trust my money with than Mr. Pappajohn.
