Get down on your knees mootie and then say "pretty please."

The wisest choice with this dog is to avoid it altogether.
There is so little information disseminated by management (witness the strange conference call withdrawal) and so much disinformation filling the vacuum that it is a very risky and poor company in which to invest.

The bottom line is the management track record with this company, the balance sheet and the lack of distribution channel and sales/marketing. And that assumes they have a viable, commercially practicable manufacturing process and a product with real competitive advantage. The stock price has gone virtually nowhere despite an extraordinary US economy and global business environment. Everything that I wrote 1 year ago about horrendous risk/reward with this stock has been borne out. The balance sheet has deteriorated if anything. The risk of heavy share liquidation has never been higher. It is clear why no one would want to buy the company outright.
