8/16/99 - Asia Pacific Enterprises, Inc. Announces Name Change

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 16, 1999--The Company is pleased to report it has received shareholder approval to change its name to e-VideoTV, Inc. The name change will become effective August 17, 1999 and at this time the Company will have a new trading symbol 'EVTV'.
The Company reports that it has filed its Form 10SB to become a fully reporting company under the new rules imposed by NASD.
