Yes, I agree with your comments. The key to durable progress will lie with the new CEO and how he is able to integrate the operating divisions. The rest may seem exciting but portfolio investments are very difficult to quantify in this market. When EKP can show that its operating divisions are growing both internally and through acquisition and that these revenues are being priced at 8 or less its run rate, EKP will be ready to move. Sorry, I haven't got with me when their next quarter will be announced.
