in answer to some of the private message, yes I believe that being listed on the OTCBB definitely hurts TSIS stock price. I also believe the company should be working hard to get listed on either NASDAQ Small Cap or AMEX emerging companies. Not knowing more than I do about the financials of TSIS I would say that the need for a private placement or secondary offering to increase assets to meet NASDAQ or AMEX listing requirements seems quite likely to me.(be advise there is much that is not know about this companies financial information outside of what the insiders know.)also be advise we are talking about a Canadian company, with a licensed Canadian attorney as the C. E. O., as I understand it, and reporting their financials,to standards which are un known to me.
