Lee: I do wonder why you are so sure that the DOW is forming a bullish wedge though.

First, my Dow charts are created using theoretical data. So, one can get a different look. And as I see my charts, the theoretical Dow 30 is in a bullish triangle, not a bullish wedge.

I determine the bullishness or bearishness of a formation by the price movement into the basis of the formation. However, trend following formations are negated at reversal. And the reversal of major trend following formations portend a major trend reversal. I guess what I am trying to say is that if these formations are negated it will not be your average pullback...

I have considerable conflicts in my indicators. So being on the fence is not a bad place to be...<g>
