Larry thanks. It would be interesting to see all 3 box makers - GTW, DELL and CPQ duke it out on the same site based on price and features but I have a hard time imaging that scenario. Guess we will know more tomorrow.

This is also the only way it could go. Some time ago CPQ outfitted its computer keyboards with a button that launched you directly onto AV site. I am sure there are all kinds of other relationships.

As correctly pointed out, Dell/GTW would not be our friend. They want to do their own thing.

Teaming up, to a degree, with the largest PC maker in the world is not a bad idea. There are probably a lot of cross-promotional things that can be done. Developing AV (or AV/Lycos or AV/x) into a ISP portal and advertising it heavily with every CPQ computer comes to mind. Maybe following the GTW lead "For $35/mo you get a computer and free ISP access through AV". Lots and lots of combos.
