OK by me ,however to make Sergio's job a lot easier it should be if the CLOSE is -X% or worse, that way he does not have to do a ton of work, eg if a stock goes down 30% during the day and closes up 50% because of news etc, technically the stop loss kicked in but the owner should be up 50%?
Thee may be even more fine tuning , just trying to make a formidable task easier.
