Did you all wonderful CMGI folks see that Mark says that CMGI is the answer to world hunger, education reform and used car warranties? (VVVBG)? Tidbits from the prospectus: Offering price probably between $9 and $11!!!! Hey, I can actually afford some then if I get them!!!! CMGI will still own 83% of the company and will be in charge of it. There will be 6million shares to be sold: 600,000 to be reserved for employees, customers, etc of Engage and 600,000 to be reserved for shareholders of CMGI. Now you know the rest of the story.
