Ok, I suppose you'll call this blind luck then (dartboard/monkey):

I've never before bought MSFT stock or options. But starting early June I started looking very intrigued with MSFT's chart. On June 15th I bought 8 call contracts on MSFT, strike $80, expiry October. Look at the chart below. June 15th is two bars past the one labeled "June 11".

But of course, I'm happy to chalk it up to blind luck, since it seems to be cut in stone that the market can't be timed. Meanwhile, I'll hang onto my call contracts for the bulk of the time left. After all, I'm not trying to time the market :-).
