I saw Phil Espisito on the NHL draft show (ESPN) - you think since RG probably gave him 5,000,000 shares to come aboard he could at least wear a tsig pin or something on his jacket - oh wait he is probably holding out for more shares from rg. ( sorry still a little bitter ) I did get more bang for my .05 last week when I bought bazooka bubble gum instead of tsig. another two weeks until rich gets to sell - whats up with that - have you ever met anybody that owned or operated a comp that said " we have a great product, have clients willing to buy, need cash real quick or the comp. is dead in the water, oh but lets go on a fishing trip and see how everything looks when we get back yeah and lets have no plan of execution when we do get back and sell" RG be a man make a decision and roll with it, I am so sick of your complacent .04 attitude. I knew I was in this champ or chump but was hoping at least to go down in flames trying!

I took this from ellen's link. Some have said that "Oral" comments mean nothing, and there is no chance in Rob Gordon and especially Paul Henry having any re-course brought against them. Well, the way I read this Paul Henry's blatant mis leading.. to my self and many others on this thread does indeed have a chance at legal re-course.

<<This means that you and your company will be responsible for false or misleading statements (whether oral or written). The government enforces the federal securities laws through criminal, civil and administrative proceedings. Some enforcement proceedings are brought through private law suits. Also, if all conditions of the exemptions are not met, purchasers may be able to obtain refunds of their purchase price.>>

What ever happened to the British Portal? That is pretty mis leading.

Also to whom ever that was that posted the McDonalds "3-5 million promo cards" better tell where you got that information, seems like B.S to me, just like the Taco Bell deal was B.S. If it came from Paul Henry I understand, it was an honest mistake.

freak!!

Good post Z,<It is not my job as a shareholder to serve as a
focus group, give contract leads or anything else. That is TSIG's job. My job was to buy shares and give them my money. > A rally cry to help
a company has always signaled a red flag(as in pump) to me,also a proposed board seat by a thread member fits that catagory as well,IMO..DD

Of course everyone is permitted their opinions. That is what a free society is all about. Freedom of speech and choice.

However the other side of the camp that wants to lend ideas has already done so and Rich is tentatively meeting this week with a prospective new client to discuss details and feel for interest and how they might come together with an arrangement. If it comes to fruition then all shareholders and the company win.

What a great pep talk for aggressive passivity! You passionately state your God-given right to do nothing. And what fools others are who think they should do something to help the company! When did Bob say it was your job to do anything? It's pretty clear to me when Bob or anybody else comes on to the thread and asks for anything from anybody, it's purely voluntary. So, to all the couch potatoes out there, your leader--Mr. Z--has emerged! Remember the rallying cry--"It's not my job!"--the spirit that has made America great!
