Well, I just talked about this upstream cap turbulence the other day, now this news just released... news.com This is a good reason to convince people that open access is easier to say than do. I expect tiered services to be offered soon. At this moment, when people refer to broadband, all they think about is download speed. The true explosive potential is upstream – it will change the way we live dramatically. Just received Loral sent me quarterly report. Loral Satellite is predicting it would become a major broadband player for – broadcast. See the difference here?
