<<It is not a technology business, it is a service processing business, doing that efficiently, even the largest banks can't achieve that.>> Here's a real story from the land of service processing -- my first Transpoint-presented bill payment was apparently made on schedule over the week-end, but I found a taped message when I got home from ConEd saying they couldn't figure out my bank account number from the TP payment message(all of which had been supplied accurately by me to and accepted by Transpoint). Now I'm playing phone with ConEd trying to straighten things out. Be interesting to hear what they have to say, but it looks to me that TP has at least partially booted this one.
