This was at the very end of '90. Just as the local mkt hit the fan - but not the bottom.
I recall doing the house inspection during the Great Freeze of '90. It was ccccold. I wore my down comforter from back East and still wasn't warm. Now a snow flurry would kill me outright within minutes. Today's 90 degree weather was glorious.

So true! My neighbor had their house listed for 386 and sold it for 401! Wierd huh? But I think it depends greatly on exactly where you live. They had water view.
