Hi All,

This is my take on the short situation. The canadian company gets there shares on 7/15 at the current price. THE agreement in @ .72 cents. THey want to bring the price down shorting all the way. So they get their shares not at .72 but say 35-40. they share selling the shares say at .35 dropping the price even more then they start covering their shorts. That brings the price up some and they start selling their shares from the $500,000 LOWERING THE PRICE AGAIN. THEN THEY START COVERING THE SHORTS AGAIN AND THE PRICE DROPS TO COVER MORE SHORTS. The cycle is complete when all there stock is sold and the shorts are covered and the shares from the loan are sold. They make a bundle.

Then the stock starts its upward movement like it should.

JMHO. They are in a no lose situation.
