To anyone following this stock Have been doing some research on this stock and liked everything I read right up until 'Management Discussion 6 Months Ending March 31, 1999, available on the website at www.vipintcorp.com under Investor Relations/Financial. As per info posted on the discussion, revenues and net income are down from the corresponding period in 1998 but these decreases are not discussed. Instead, management has seemed to focus its discussion on financial results achieved in the 1998 2Q. I'm sure I'm missing something here but would appreciate others' interpretations. Thanks for any help. Maggie
