Jesse, re: ""2000 put volume on Jan. expiration just reinforces my very bullish opinion..." I see 200 Jan 25 puts at the CBOE today but not 2,000 of any option (a typo?)

PS Owning SNDK since April '97 means that you're up about 3-to-1. Whoever said that 'patience is its own reward'?

Amen, Jesse! It could be even sooner if the Lexar litigation is resolved earlier. Recall what happened after Samsung was warned that unless it paid royalties to SNDK, none of its CF products would be allowed to be imported. That is what triggered the initial rise in SNDK shares, which later fell only because of excessive inventory writeoffs. Looking at the current price of the stock ONLY on the basis of fundamentals, and particularly the low ratio of share price to book value, it is easy to conclude that, with nothing else changing, the shares would be fully valued (conservative estimate) at around 60. With a favorable ruling in the Lexar suit, who knows?
