Thanks Richard. Is SSC the same as SSO in Canada (i.e. Silver Standard Resources)?

SSC (NYSE) == Sunshine Mining
SSO (Canada) == SSRI (NASDAQ) == Silver Standard Resources

really don't know much about them, and only bought a very small amount(after I wrote that to you), was only sharing what I had seen in the paper. Here's a link to their web site, and can only see their NYSE ticker of SSC.

No, I'm not recommending them(or anything else), do your own DD, but not running them down either.

I'm guessing the major gains in the US market will be in SIL or CDE if (when?) we get a silver price run. This market has been very biased toward issues with a higher stock price Vs lower, regardless of all other factors. Can't even guess how many times I've heard the quote "there must be some reason the cheap ones are cheap".

Even though I don't agree "the market is always right" in all things concerning valuation, I'm not going to really fight the "heard from the herd" mentality any more concerning picks.
