The inclusion of FF's comment in the Liq. Audio, Frauenhof, agreement by both SanDisk and TI sources, IMO, does not apply to the substance of the LA & FH agreement.

I see it as only to enhance the fact that SD and TI have another customer for their respective wares; however, it is factual that eDig's OS can be used to port other codecs to TI's DSP.

I'm certain Walter will jump on this one. It's right up his alley.
