I think that sex education can be suitably designed to be informative, and take into account the age of the students. I do not think that any sort of contraception should be "distributed" by a school. I do not care if a free clinic makes condoms readily available. I do not think that drugs should be administered without parental consent. I see nothing wrong with encouraging kids to wait until they are older, but I personally would not count on chastity education...
