Pass; I think it fell below it's IPO price. Several others did too,
the underwriters have just gotten out of this world with pushing
paper out, it's not just waterhouse it's the just the way the
market is, just like a government that starts printing dollars
without any restraint, wall street tries to outdo them
printing stock certificates.
