Steve, Andrew said they are in discussion with an Investment banker and they're exploring several possibilities. IMO, the main event that will dictate what they do next is their possible MOU with an International Telco. If and when this happens.... and it may or may not, in Andrew's words (paraphrasing) "it won't really matter what exchange TOM is listed on", pretty much says it all. An MOU would equate to a homerun. Remember, they have been looking for this type of arrangement for over a year now, so who knows? I do know however, that if they ink the desired MOU, those of us who have hung in there will be rewarded. Best of luck, JT
